Our Tenth New England Thanksgiving for our Italian family in Marco and Paola's house in Forlì! I've been cooking-up a storm since Wednesday...Doesn’t get any better than this! It just gets better every year!A 14 lbs bird with all the trimmings! Sage stuffing with raisins and walnuts, cranberry sauce, peas and bacon in cream, yams with butter and brown sugar, mashed potatoes, corn with butter, spinach with Philadelphia cheese, cole slaw, corn muffins and fruit ambrosia in whipped cream featuring bananas, pineapple, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, raisins and walnuts, Alessandra's cheesecake and eighteen family and good friends.Happy Thanksgiving everyone!(thanks for the great photos Connie!)
